Open a web browser (Google Chrome) and go to https://uprock.com/register

Enter your email address and click Sign in

Go to your email, copy the code, and click Continue.

Click Settings

Scroll down, look for Multi-factor authentication, and click it.

Go to your email, copy the code, and paste it in “Passcode” field.

Go to your Authenticator app, copy the code, and paste it in “Authenticator code” field.

You may or may not have a Backup codes. You can leave it blank and see what happens.
